The policy covers LimeHR’s professional fees up to a policy limit of £100,000 representing your business where you are the subject of an Employment Tribunal claim as a result of an allegation of unfair dismissal or discrimination. The cover also extends to the Awards that can be granted by the Employment Tribunal in the unlikely event that the case is lost up to the policy limit of £100,000. There is a further option to extend your Legal Expenses Insurance cover to include defending a criminal prosecution brought against your business as a result of an allegation that there has been a breach of the Health and Safety at Work Act.
