Is Lime One a law firm or firm of solicitors?
We are a private limited company. Lime One was set up in 2002 by 2 lawyers who saw a better way of providing company law services than traditional legal practice.
Does Lime One employ lawyers?
We only employ legally qualified staff who all have in excess of 5 years practical experience post qualification. These range from academic lawyers, Solicitors, Barristers, HR professionals and Legal Executives.
Does Lime One carry insurance or any form of guarantee for their services?
As well as the mandatory Public and Employer's liability insurance we also carry professional indemnity insurance of £500,000 per claim. All of our contracts come with our satisfaction guarantee.
Does Lime One deal with personal legal cases?
No, we specialise in company law services only.

Why do you offer different service options?

We work with clients all over the UK and we do this by use of the internet, conference calling, web cams and video conferencing. It is faster, easier and lower in cost to use technology to work with clients.
Lime One offers Insurance. Are you FSA registered?
Lime is an appointed representative authorised by the FSA. Most of our services provide an additional insurance element to help your business. You will see these in your quote under Insured protection.
