When your business has received a letter claiming infringement of copyright you need to take action fast. These letters come from the image owners directly or from large stockists of commercial images often asking for hundreds or thousands of pounds for images. The fact you may have obtained the images from a designer or developer does not mean you can pass the claim or money request to someone else, your business remains liable so action needs to be taken quickly.
When your own site is involved all you need to do is email to us at IP1@limeone.co.uk or fax the communication to us at 01244 241120 and order below. We will then generate the response for you on the next working day. You must at the same time also remove all contested images from your site.
