Search fees of name and logo between £225-£385 plus VAT
Application fees for up to 5 classes £350 plus VAT
Application fees for additional class £15-£35 plus VAT
None of the charges above relate to disputed or challenged applications. Any disputes will be quoted for separately as they occur.

Community Trademarks

USA Trademarks
Search fees of name and logo between £385 plus VAT
Application fees for up to 15 classes £650 plus VAT
Application fees for additional class £25-£95 plus VAT
