Fix legal fees to stay within budget
Although Lime One provides a huge range of template and low cost contract options, sometimes you need something extra. Lime One knows that sometimes the sort of work you need carrying out needs to be done in a completely specific tailored way.
Our fixed fee approach means there are no hidden surprises and no work is ever billed without your specific agreement. This provides budgetary control for you but also means that we share the risk with your business. If we quote for the expected 8 hours it will take us to carry out the job and it takes 12 then its, quite simply, our problem. We can write a contract or review one for you on a fixed cost basis.
What sort of fixed cost will I pay?
This will depend on the nature of the work. For the last 20 documents we have specially prepared for our clients the average cost has been £425 plus VAT. Our costs for bespoke work range from £185 to £650 plus VAT normally. Unless the work is very unusual or required in a shorter timescale than our 4 day (Mon-Fri) turnaround time when you will be asked to pay a little more.
How do I know what I will pay at the end?
All of our work is quoted on a fixed fee quote from the start. This ensures you get no surprises and also means you know in advance the exact bill you will face. Unless you have applied for credit terms with Lime One then you will pay on order.
Why do you not offer credit?
There are 2 reasons for this, one is collecting overdue accounts costs us in time and money so we have to pass those costs onto our services.
To keep the rates attractively priced, enabling us to improve our services all the time we operate a pay on order service. If you require credit then we have an application form and you will be quoted for the work at our credit rate.
